General Conditions

All advertisers are required to provide a truthful and accurate description of the property advertised. They are also required to provide at least one good quality photograph of the property advertised, and a maximum of 5 included in the price of a standard page.  Links to other web sites are subject to approval from the Director of A Property in Sardinia. Any non-approved link will be immediately removed from our website without notice. We also reserve the right to remove any advertisement/material/links whose content does not relate to the contents of apropertyinsardinia.com unless previously approved by one of the Directors of A Property in Sardinia. All information relating to your property can either be input in the system by yourself or by a member of staff of A Property in Sardinia. In both cases the advertiser is solely responsible for the information thus provided, for its accuracy and for making sure that any material advertised through A Property in Sardinia website does not infringe any copyright law. The membership fee as well as any other fee is paid on a non-refundable basis.  We do not charge any commission for the rentals, nor do we charge a commission to the vendors/representatives of the vendors.
